Sistem Sektor Awam
We build, integrate, and operate the systems Malaysian public agencies run on.
Payments and accounting
— iPayment at Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia
Three planes of one solid
One group, three companies.
- Examedia Solutions — infrastructure
- Examedia Software — systems. This company.
- Examedia Technocraft — built environment
The same three planes, restacked as a system.
- Application — the screens an officer works in
- Integration — ten interfaces to other agencies’ systems
- Infrastructure — Red Hat Enterprise Linux, load balancing, monitoring

Company
A four-office board, and a named officer on every engagement.
We run production, not pilots.
iPayment runs on Red Hat Enterprise Linux with high-availability load balancing, proactive monitoring, defect resolution, and maintained documentation.
We integrate across other people’s systems.
PayNet, iGFMAS, and Merchant Bank RMA over RESTful API at JANM. SAP HANA at CIDB, beside other vendors’ teams in the same project. Active Directory single sign-on at the MACC Academy and MADA.
We deliver in the government’s language and format.
Bahasa Malaysia manuals, compliance schedules, and tender annexes, prepared to the format the agency files.
Services
Three services. Build it, supply the hardware it runs on, keep it running.
Software engineering and system integration
Requirements, build, test, and handover — plus every interface to the systems you already run. One contract, one team, and one party accountable when an interface fails.
Hardware procurement and technical services
Servers, network, and the room they sit in — sized, procured, installed, and commissioned, with warranty and support terms stated up front.
Operations, maintenance, and support
Monitoring, defect resolution, and documentation for a system already carrying live work — and a response window we are held to.
Integration map
Ten live interfaces between our systems and other people’s.
Select a system to filter its interfaces. Select an interface for protocol, direction, payload, and what happens when it fails.
Selected work
Six agencies. Two systems in production, four delivered.

How we harden a system before it carries live work.
Findings are ranked by exploitability, written in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and issued with a remediation schedule an agency can attach to a work order.
