Services
Three services. Each one named beside the system that proves it.
We do not list capabilities we have not shipped. Every service below points at a system currently carrying live government work, and at the agency that runs it.
Software engineering and system integration
— build it, and connect it
Software engineering and system integration
Requirements through to handover, and every interface the system needs to the ones you already run. We build it and we connect it — one contract, one team, one party accountable when an interface fails.
What it includes
- Requirements analysis with the agency’s own officers, documented so a developer can build from it.
- Web and mobile application development.
- Interface design against the counterparty’s own specification — RESTful API, SQL view, LDAP and single sign-on, push notification.
- Idempotency, queueing, and replay behaviour defined per interface, with a named failure path agreed in writing.
- Test scenarios, test scripts, and user acceptance testing run with the client.
- Bahasa Malaysia user manuals, technical documentation, and handover with training.
iPayment at JANM and Portal PSM at CIDB — 18 modules, three external interfaces
Source, interface specification, failure matrix, test evidence, and a trained team
Agile delivery, run against the agency’s own milestones.
Two-week sprints, a named Scrum Master, and a demonstration to the agency at the close of every one. Procurement milestones are not a separate track — each sprint ends in something a client officer can sign against.
Discovery and backlog
Requirements gathered with the agency’s own officers and written as a prioritised backlog.
Plan, build, test
Sprint planning, daily stand-up, and continuous testing inside the sprint rather than after it.
Demonstration and review
The increment is demonstrated to the agency. Feedback is logged as backlog items, not as informal requests.
Retrospective
The delivery team records what slowed the sprint and changes one thing before the next one opens.
UAT and acceptance
User acceptance testing run with the client, issues ranked by criticality, and formal acceptance signed.
Project Manager
Owns scope, schedule, budget, and the agency relationship.
Scrum Master
Runs the ceremonies and clears what blocks the team. Named on every project.
Business / System Analyst
Turns agency requirements into a backlog a developer can build from.
Software Engineers
Build the increment and integrate the interfaces.
System Application Tester
Writes the test scripts and runs UAT with the client.
- a change request is estimated, priced, and accepted in writing before it enters a sprint. Nothing is absorbed silently.
- every increment is tagged in Git. An agency can be told exactly which build is running in production.
- Bahasa Malaysia user manuals and technical documentation are written inside the sprints, not at the end.
Hardware procurement and technical services
The servers, the network, and the room they sit in — procured, installed, and commissioned. Through Examedia Solutions, an agency can buy the application and the infrastructure under one group.
What it includes
- Sizing and specification against the actual workload, not the vendor’s datasheet.
- Server, storage, and network procurement with warranty and support terms stated up front.
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning on site.
- Data centre and rack provisioning through Examedia Solutions.
- Migration and cutover planning, with a rollback position defined before the window opens.
- Asset register and as-built documentation handed to the agency.
Examedia Solutions — hardware, data centre, and managed services since 2011
Commissioned equipment, as-built documentation, warranty and support terms
Operations, maintenance, and support
Production support for a system that is already carrying live work. Monitoring that finds the fault before the agency does, and a response window we are held to.
What it includes
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and high-availability load balancing.
- Proactive monitoring with a defined escalation path.
- Defect resolution against an agreed response window.
- Preventive maintenance and patching to your own hardening standard.
- Documentation kept current as the system changes.
- Infrastructure support procured through Examedia Solutions where the agency wants one contract.

Tell us which of the three you are procuring.
A named officer will answer, and will tell you plainly if the scope is outside what we have actually delivered.
