Project Manager RM 5,000 / month Contract · 1 year · 3 month probation
What you would do
- Scope, resource, and schedule software projects with the client, the executives, and the developers.
- Assemble and lead the project team, and supervise every stage of delivery.
- Hold the project to its schedule and its budget.
- Own testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting across all stages of completion.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests, and communicate each one.
- Hand the completed system over and check its performance after go-live.
What we need from you
- A degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven project management and software delivery experience.
- Working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Strong technical knowledge and sound decision making.
- Attention to detail under several projects at once.

What you would do
- Work with agency officers to understand what the system actually has to do.
- Evaluate existing business processes and find where the system can carry the load.
- Perform requirements analysis and document it so a developer can build from it.
- Sit between stakeholders and users, and keep both informed.
- Run user acceptance testing alongside the tester.
- Prioritise initiatives against business need rather than convenience.
What we need from you
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- Working knowledge of how applications and programming actually work.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent documentation skills — this role produces the documents an agency files.
- The ability to influence stakeholders towards a solution that can be built.

What you would do
- Build web and mobile applications against the analyst’s requirements.
- Design algorithms and flows with the rest of the engineering team.
- Write clean, efficient code and integrate third-party components.
- Test, verify, and deploy into production.
- Maintain and upgrade systems already running at an agency.
What we need from you
- Delivery experience across development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile software.
- Client-side frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and server-side languages (PHP, Java, Python, C++).
- Databases and ORM frameworks.
- Git and version control discipline.

What you would do
- Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas with storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design interface elements and build prototypes that show how the system works.
- Identify and fix UX problems, including responsiveness.
- Design the marketing material — brochures, tender covers, banners, social.
- Hold the brand standard across everything the company issues.
What we need from you
- Proven work as a UI/UX designer, with a portfolio.
- Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, plus Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery.

What you would do
- Review software requirements and write the test scenarios that come out of them.
- Prepare test scripts for each scenario.
- Execute usability testing against those scripts.
- Analyse results for database impact, defects, and usability failures.
- Report on every aspect of the testing carried out.
- Run user acceptance testing with the client and rank issue criticality.
What we need from you
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- Current knowledge of test design and testing methodology.
- Working knowledge of programming.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to hold a schedule.
